Roles & Responsibilities
Management
- Provide leadership and resources for effective HSE implementation
- Ensure HSE policies are communicated and enforced
- Set measurable HSE objectives and review performance
- Lead by example in all health and safety matters
Supervisors
- Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures on-site
- Identify hazards and report incidents promptly
- Ensure correct use of PPE and safety equipment
Employees & Contractors
- Follow all HSE rules and safe work procedures
- Use PPE and safety equipment correctly
- Report unsafe conditions and near misses immediately
- Participate actively in HSE training and drills
